Site Operation
The United Arab Emirates (“U.A.E.”) is our country of domicile. Lureyah controls this Site from the U.A.E. and makes no representation that the content is appropriate for use in other locations. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.A.E. are responsible for compliance with their local laws. Materials from this Site may not be exported or re-exported in violation of any applicable export laws or regulations.
Eligibility for Membership
Membership on the Site is not available to individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you register on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Use. Services and Fees
Lureyah provides an online platform connecting Merchants and Shoppers. We do not own the products listed on the Site and are not involved in their production or distribution. While we rely on the accuracy of the information provided by Merchants, we do not guarantee the reliability, completeness, or accuracy of this information.
Shoppers are not charged a fee for browsing or purchasing items on the Site. Merchants are charged a non-refundable registration fee and/or transaction commissions for successful sales. Promotional fee changes may apply temporarily as communicated on the Site.
Right to Withdraw Membership
Lureyah reserves the right to revoke membership or restrict access to any user for non-compliance with these Terms of Use or any other reason deemed necessary, without prior notice.
Delivery/Shipment Policy
Lureyah does not permit Merchants to sell or ship products to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries. Multiple shipments for a single order may result in multiple charges on the cardholder’s statement.
Disputes
If a dispute arises regarding the use of the Site, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA) rules. The arbitration will occur in Dubai, U.A.E., and proceedings will be conducted in English.
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for personal or business purposes in compliance with these Terms of Use. Lureyah may modify or discontinue access to the Site or specific features at any time without prior notice.
Your Information
By providing information on the Site, you grant Lureyah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such information for operating and promoting the Site in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Copyright Policy
Lureyah may terminate user privileges for unlawful transmission of copyrighted material. By submitting content, you warrant that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Merchants agree that Lureyah may use uploaded images for promotional purposes. Removal of such images from advertisements may require operational time due to external processes, particularly those involving social media integrations. Merchants affirm that their uploaded content complies with copyright laws.
Communication
You consent to receive communications from Lureyah via email or notices posted on the Site. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements for written notices.
Applicable Law
The laws of the U.A.E. govern the use of the Site and these Terms of Use, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Multi-Currency Transactions
Any bank charges for multi-currency transactions are the responsibility of the Shopper.
Purchases
Payments for products or services on Lureyah.com are securely processed by our payment provider. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Site policies.
